If you want smoother skin, this will do it for you!!I started with the Topix Smoothing Serum 5X which I bought from my dermatologist and I'm now on my second bottle of the 10X Serum. I love it! However, it can be drying so I wouldn't start out with this 10X strength if you are not use to a retinol product. Even though it says it is a serum, it goes on a little more like a paste. I actually like it, but it definitely isn't a serum like you may be use to. In the beginning, I was using it every night but was starting to get a little too dry and flaky. That was okay with the 5X, but a little much with the 10X. I've cut back to using it 3 times a week which works great. You will definitely see results and I highly recommend it!
